White Fern Weddings is a bespoke styling company that provides modern and elegant signage and styling for trend-aware couples who are looking to bring their wedding vision to life. We create a bespoke Style Guide to transform your venue from your guest’s first impressions to their last. Everything is styled unique to you, just as your wedding should be.

At White Fern Weddings we believe you should have the freedom to choose what you would like or need for your wedding based on your budget. After all, it's your wedding day! Our minimum spend is £1000 and within that, you can choose whatever it is you'd like.

Props
At White Fern Weddings, we have a wide range of in-house props available exclusively to you; we only style one wedding a week so you have full choice of our hire items at all times. From candlesticks to card boxes & everything in between, our prop range has been carefully selected & is of the highest quality.

STYLING
When you book us to style your wedding you get so much more than prop hire.
We have an expert eye for detail to ensure your venue is styled perfectly for you. We work closely with you from your consultation right up to your wedding day, ensuring every detail is perfect.

SIGNAGE
Our bespoke signage is designed with you in mind, keeping it personal throughout.
We work with you to custom design your signage to ensure it works with your styling and your venue for the entire day from your welcome sign all the way to your name places.

HOW WE DO IT
White Fern Weddings is a bespoke styling company that provides modern and elegant signage & styling for trend-aware couples looking to bring their wedding vision to life.
STEP ONE
Initial consultation
Let’s talk about your ideas & vision for your wedding. Usually done via Zoom or if you are local we can meet for a coffee (and probably a cake).
STEP two
1 WEEK LATER
We send you your Bespoke Style Guide. This is a visual breakdown of everything we have discussed during your consultation with an estimated total cost based on the number of guests/tables. If you are happy with your quote you pay your ‘save the date’ deposit & you’re all booked in!
STEP THREE
2 MONTHS BEFORE
We have a follow-up consultation to go back over everything from your initial consultation and make any updates. At this point, you are welcome to book an ‘on site’ visit to your venue if you would like to discuss your styling in situ. (fees may apply)
STEP FOUR
6 WEEKS BEFORE
Your remaining balance is due and this is when we start to make and source everything for your big day (the exciting bit!).
STEP FIVE
ON THE DAY
We arrive at your venue as early as we can to begin transforming it into your dream day.
STEP SIX
THE DAY AFTER
We come back to collect everything either at midnight or the next morning (venue policies differ).
