  • No - The White Fern Edit is a creative direction service rather than full styling and on-the-day setup. It’s designed for couples who want professional aesthetic guidance and a cohesive plan, but who are happy to implement the styling themselves or alongside their chosen suppliers. If you’re looking for full styling design, sourcing and installation, my bespoke styling packages would be more suitable.

  • Ideally once you have secured your venue and have a rough idea of your wedding date. Many couples book The White Fern Edit before confirming florals or stationery, so they can approach suppliers with a clear, refined vision. That said, it can also be incredibly helpful later in the planning process if things feel disjointed and need refining.

  • Ahead of your consultation, you’ll be invited to share. Your venue details, any Pinterest boards or inspiration image, current supplier bookings, bridal party outfit ideas (if chosen). This allows me to come prepared and ensure our session is focused, productive and tailored entirely to you.

  • If you choose The Edit or The Complete Edit, your personalised Styling Guide will be delivered as a beautifully presented PDF within 5–7 days of your consultation. It’s designed to be practical and shareable — perfect for forwarding to your florist, stationer or other suppliers so everyone is aligned visually.

  • Absolutely! If you initially book The Consultation and later decide you’d like a Styling Guide or follow-up session, you’re very welcome to upgrade. You’ll simply pay the difference between your original booking and the upgraded package. Upgrades are available within 30 days of your consultation (subject to availability).
